HSE for managers - mandatory

The course covers the requirements in The Labours Inspection Authorities guidance for HSE training for Employers.

Some of the content is the same as the 40-hour course in HSE, but here it is reviewed more superficially. The Internal Control Regulations contain requirements for HSE work in the form of written documentation. This is reviewed in addition to displaying templates that make this work easier.

Training in health, environment and safety work (HSE work) is discussed in the Working Environment Act §§ 3-5 for employers.
For the top manager, this is mandatory. The basic principles within HSE work must be knowledge that the employer possesses.

• Systematic HSE workIncluding working life and sick leave work
• Department managementRisk factors and risk mapping
• The starting point for learning is a mixture of discussion, lectures and group assignments.
